Starleigh Entertainment is the Baltimore region's most diversified provider of quality entertainment. We provide acts for clubs, weddings, corporate events, bar mitzvahs or bat mitzvahs, high school dances or children's partys.

Submitting Band Promo Packs to Starleigh Office
When submitting Band Promo Packs to the Starleigh office, please be sure to include a band bio, client references, photo, song list, CD and DVD/Video (if available). Any Promo Packs missing one or more of these items will be considered incomplete and not reviewed until all items have been submitted.

Please submit all materials in a folder so we can ensure that all of your items stay together. Also, please be sure that all items are clearly marked with the band's name, your name and contact information. When submitting promo packs please address them as follows:

Note: PROMO PACKS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!! The review process normally takes 4-6 weeks. Please do not call the office; you will be contacted once your submission has been reviewed.

The following information is for CURRENT Starleigh clients. If your band has not already signed with Starleigh, DO NOT send any email to the Webmaster Address.

Add Your Band to the Starleigh Entertainment Web Site
(For Current Starleigh Clients ONLY!)
Once your band's Promo Pack has been accepted and reviewed by Starleigh and you have signed on as a Starleigh Client, you will be asked to submit an electronic version of your Promo Pack to the Starleigh Webmaster by email. Please include a Band Bio, Band Photo, Song List, and a few Audio or Video Clips in the following file formats:

Band Bio: .doc, .txt, or paste text directly into email
Song List: .doc, .txt, or paste text directly into email
Band Photo: .jpg, .gif, .bmp
Audio Clips: .wav, .mp3, .wma
Video Clips: .wmv, .ram, .avi

If you have a Web site for your band, please forward that link to the webmaster. If all of the information outlined above (Band Bio, Band Photo, Song list & Audio/Video Clips) can be accessed and copied directly from your site, you may submit only the Web site link and the Starleigh Webmaster can obtain all of the needed items from your band site.

Starleigh can create a direct link to your Web site instead of creating a band page for your band under the condition that Starleigh is listed as the only contact for booking and you do not book through any other individuals or agencies.

Note: Your band WILL NOT be added to the Starleigh Web site until ALL of the required items are submitted. Required items are Band Bio, Band Photo, and Song List. Audio and Video files are strongly suggested, but may be submitted at a later date if you don't have any now.
